Supervision with Kathryn

I bring over 17 years of clinical experience and have worked in a variety of professional environments, from agencies to private practice. I have supervised throughout my career and meet all supervisory requirements set out by the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO). I am always continuing my education and stay current on best practice standard.

It is always my intention to create a a space where supervisees feel safe, respected, validated and encouraged to be their authentic self, while also being challenged and productive during our sessions.

Supervisees and peers have described my approach as authentic, passionate, supportive and approachable. I want each supervisee to get what they are looking for from our sessions, so seeking feedback is always a priority. As is recognizing that we are always learning - both for supervisees and myself!

INDIVIDUAL SUPERVISION

In individual supervision, the supervisee meets one-on-one with Kathryn for a 50-minute session

Rate for individual supervision: $150 plus HST/session

DYADIC SUPERVISION

In dyadic supervision, supervisees meet with one other peer/colleague and Kathryn for a 50-minute session

Rate for dyadic supervision: $150 plus HST ($75 per participant)

GROUP SUPERVISION

Group supervision consists of meeting with Kathryn in a group of up to 5 participants, for a 2-hour session once a month. To encourage support and rapport among group members as well as maintaining group cohesion, Supervisees are required to commit to at least 4 months in a group.
